- Members are invited to share the circumstances of a sales situation and the associated proposal document.
- Sometimes, this will be a review of a previous opportunity to reflect and learn.
- Sometimes this will be a current opportunity where a member is seeking help to improve proposals.
- We ask members to remove identifying information and to take great care in maintaining customer confidentiality.
🚀 Sales Team Leaders Mastermind Groups
- For the sales team leaders in our community, we organise Mastermind Groups.
- Membership of these Mastermind Group is available to all Sales Team Leaders who have at least one member of their team as a current active member of our community.
- These groups enable participants to share experiences and sales leadership best practices.
🎙️ Customer Success Open House
- Members can invite a range of colleagues and stakeholders to these Customer Success Open House events.
- Each event is centred around specific members' situations and their experience of Sales Reset in the real world.
🏆 Mixed-Team Sales Tournaments
- We plan to bring members together every three months for our mixed-team sales tournaments.
- Each participant will join a small team.
- Depending on the number of people taking part, we will organise a number of selling teams and one buying team.
- Members of the buying team will be knowledgeable and experienced in what they are buying in this role-playing game.
- It's highly likely that members of the selling teams will never have sold products or services in this market before!
