Team Member Time Costs

• It takes 20-30 minutes to complete the self-assessment.

• Ideally, team members will take further time to review their personal reports, reflect on what to prioritise to improve their selling skills and results and forward their report to their sales team leader.

• Team members actively learning and practising should be encouraged to retake the self-assessment every quarter.

Sales Team Leader Time Costs

• It will take 5 minutes to review each team member's self-assessment report.

• Ideally, this will lead to a planned coaching session with each team member to help them develop their Learning & Earning Plan.

• Completing the self-assessment by itself will have zero impact on sales results.

• To improve their sales results, team members must identify which aspects of performance they want to improve and then apply themselves to learning and practicing.

• Especially if their sales team leader supports them, sales results might improve.

• Attendance at events is optional, and most events are recorded, enabling subsequent catch-up.

• Community events and learning resources will supplement the time you have available to develop your team members.

• Sales Leaders Mastermind Group meetings are currently scheduled monthly for an hour.
