Well this is exciting!
We've been developing our ideas and plans for a long time. Over the last three years especially, we've had some terrific feedback from clients about what does and does not work.
And the clients we've worked with have seen some really good results!
The focus of all that we're now doing is to equip and inspire sales team leaders and the members of their teams. Our goal is to STOP people talking about what they're trying to sell. Instead, the best use of sales people's limited time with potential customer is to coach their customers. The best outcome of this coaching is that customers define more accurately the success that they're seeking.
It's been a challenge to clarify our message and recommendations. Much more difficult is the difficulty of actually changing behaviour and habits that might currently undermine sales effectivess.
During early June we'll start to test all of the content and systems in our new website, community and training courses. Team members from our existing clients will be invited to experience the customer journey that we're designed.
Even this first blog post is part of the testing. We've connected our online community with the comments on our blog. Our goal is that all the best ideas and insight become part of a searchable archive.
